I love co-teaching with her. She plays off of different energies and enhances what I share. She has such an enthusiastic face. We see people driving 10 hours to see me blend my voice with hers. That’s a real gift she offers, she blends her voice with others and brings out what they are saying. I work with shy and awkward people. Most of us are shy and awkward dealing with sexuality and spirituality. She is able to make it so sexuality comes across as delightful and not naughty. It’s about self expression and not sleaze. She shows people how to discover their authentic pleasure and sexiness without shame and a sense of being dirty.
She is gentle and patient while holding space and also sees people for all they can be. They end up stepping into things they never thought they could do because Monique held space for them. She gives people hope and enthusiasm and clarity to come out of the gate versus being stuck and not making changes due to fear that makes them frozen. She gives them courage to try things they would not otherwise try. She is so alive and in the moment. So present. Gentle, loving and experiencing everything.
Monique has grown a lot. She has a generosity of spirit. She helps people find a path easier than she had. She distilled her experienced and is able to translate it to people so they don’t have the same pain and challenges that she has had. I love how she gives intellectual information but is amazing giving exercises that help people embody the experience and information and find their own self expression.
