One of the biggest impacts she has is encouraging people to join in. She creates opportunities, continually inviting me to collaborate and engage with her in new ways. She doesn’t hold people to who they have been in the past, she meets them instead as who they are in the present. One of her greatest strengths is as a permission giver. She encourages others to be in a state of inquiry in terms of how they are and how they can be. Prepare to have permission given and get to know yourself on a deeper level.

If you are worried being asked to do something you are not ready for, just know you never have to do anything you are not comfortable with. Never any have to’s. In every workshop, you have express permission to engage to the depths that you prefer to or just to watch. I have seen people at her events breakdown, have deep belly laughs, walk in nervous and not know what to expect and then walk out very comfortable in their bodies and themselves to where they are a very different person.

Her book is something that teaches you how to live every day. It is accessible. It is real. It applies to almost everyone.
