“It’s late, I’ll call him in the morning” she replied, and after I pestered her for a few more minutes she sent me back to bed, with a stern warning if I bothered her again.
I had visions and the most excruciating headache of my life, that lasted until early in the morning when my mom got a phone call from my aunt, saying Uncle Brent had died that morning. The compassion or validation I hoped to find in my moms eyes was instead only anger and terror.
I learned at a very early age that it wasn’t safe to share my experience of life with others, I was called “crazy” and although most people think they want to be seen, most are afraid when they really are.
As I got older I realized I could orgasm with the slightest breeze, sitting up against a tree, or imagining being with an imaginary lover.
Colors were so bright, sounds affected me much more than those around me, and more than anything I had a feeling I was connected to God/Goddess, the Universe, and it was through these orgasmic, energetic sexual experiences I felt the connection the strongest.
When I discovered the Tantra community, and I was introduced to people like Reid Mihalko and Lawrence Lanoff, I found out others had energy capacity similar to my own, and that they had lovers and friends who celebrated it instead of being afraid or condemning them for it. I’ll never forget the first time I experienced a full blown physical orgasm from just walking on Reid’s calf, or the first time Lawrence and I made love from thousands of miles apart, by just tuning into one another’s frequency, or the time I was sitting close to Destin Gerek, and he leaned over and whispered everything he knew my yoni was longing for, (just because he sensed it energetically) . I realized I had been trying to lock down and hide from a magical world that so many others were looking for and longing to experience.
Since that taste, I’ve taught with other incredible facilitators around the planet, helping people get in touch with how energy occurs for them so that they can expand their pleasure playground.

Monique Darling
Author of Beyond Cuddle Party and workshop facilitator extraordinaire Monique Darling has led over 2000 workshops in the past decade. She is the founder of Everyday Tantra, an organization dedicated to empowering people who are questioning the assumptions of how their life should be and to offering tools for self expression that create trust, inner knowing and wisdom to enjoy the life they have.
Monique has taught at colleges across the US including Yale. She has been featured on TLC and The Doctors as well as various radio shows, podcasts and magazines across the globe.

Peter Petersen
Peter Petersen’s three main passions in life are movement, music, and meditation.
He is a certified Sheng Zhen Qigong teacher and has been teaching qigong for almost 20 years. He has taught in health clubs, hospitals, retirement villas, and several different wellness resorts in Mexico and the United States such as Rancho La Puerta, Mayacamas Ranch, and Present Moment Retreat.
Together with Monique Darling, as Everyday Tantra, Peter has traveled all over the world, teaching Tantra and his own style of Qigong-Dance fusion.
Helping people to see what is intensely alive in their heart, and then helping them to export that inner passion to the outer world, is the reason that Peter loves his job and will do this until drawing his final breath.
Eugene Hedlund
Eugene Hedlund, Founder of the School of Tribal Tantra, has been teaching these transformational arts around the globe since 2008.

In 2018, Reid began a restorative justice-based accountability process, stepping down from teaching, to address sexual misconduct and harms from 2010 that had been courageously shared as a result of #MeToo. Shashi Solluna
I am Shashi Solluna, a Tantric Facilitator and Coach I am passionate about the journey of embodied awakening, especially in the areas of sex, love and intimacy. When I first went on a spiritual quest, I found non-dual “enlightenment” and thought that I was “complete” on my journey at the age of 21!
